ENGINEER Vs INDIA

इंजीनियर बनाम भारत:
एक और इंजिन बन चुका हैं....
गाड़ी भारत की ऊंची नीची सड़कों पर दौड़ने के लिए बिलकुल तैयार हैं...!!!
पर क्या वाकई मे भारत वर्ष को एक अनुभवी इंजीनियर के आवश्यकता हैं...रुकिए एक उदाहरण देके समझाते हैं...!!!
भारत की पुरानी आदत हैं कि यहाँ बिना गठजोड़ के कोई काम नहीं होता...चाहे वो हीरो के साथ होंडा हो या टाटा के साथ मार्कोपोलो...!!!
मतलब साफ हैं हम तकनीक विकसित करने से ज्यादा उसे मगाने और अससेंबल करने मे विश्वास रखते....!!
नहीं तो क्या हीरो को अपनी काबलियत समझाने के लिए 5 साल कि बढ़ी वारंटी का सहारा ना लेयना पड़ता...क्यूंकीलोग जानते होंडा के जाने से हीरो तकनीक रूप से पिछड़ गया हैं...!!!
या यूं कहे लोग तो अब मानने भी लगे हैं कि भारत मे जनमी कंपनी थोड़ी पिछड़ी ही होगी...!!
अब अगर आप सारे तकनीक बाहर से आयात करेंगे तो हमारे यहा के इतने सारे इंजीनियर क्या घास छीलेंगे...!!!
और हाँ शायाद यही सबसे बड़ी वजह हैं की एक इंजीनियर का हमारे देश मे अवसरो की भारी कमी हैं एक सैमसंग हैं जो 60 फीसदी सीधा रिसर्च और डेव्लपमेंट मे लगाता हैं और यहा तो आर एंड डी बस गिनी चुनी कंपनियों के बाँट जो रहा...!!!

हर चौक्कों पर ताली...
हर आउट पर गाली....!!!
कितना सुंदर था रोमांच...
पर सुना आईपीएल
खेल ही था पूरा जाली....!!!

बीसीसीआई बड़ी अमीर...पर फिर भी आज कितनी लाचार मजबूर दिख रही...दो-दो रुपए मे ईमान बेंचे और खरीदे जाते...जब क्रिकेट मे व्यवसाइयों का रुझान देखा तभी समझ गया था मैं...!!!
आखिर इनका खेल मे रुचि नहीं फिर इतना पैसा क्यूँ....जमा रहे...आज काला चिट्ठा सबके सामने हैं...!!

अगर कैप्टन कूल की संलिप्तता पाई जाती तो क्या बीसीसीआई उन्हे को बकसेगी या फिर ये भी कलंक पैसो की माला लपेटा सुला दिया जाएगा किसी अटैची मे....!!!

Sleep 'vs' Hibernate...!!

Both commands provide an easy and quick way to leave your computer in existing last state and come back to work on it at exactly the same state later without waiting too long to system to restore itself.. However fundamentally there is some difference between them...

SLEEP :- Sleep is commonly known as Standby in Windows system or S3 in ACPI.. In Sleep mode, the power supply to non-essential and non-critical component is withheld, and most system operation is shutdown and stopped. All data in physical memory (RAM module) is still kept in internal memory, and whole system is place in stand-by mode, which can be woke up and used almost immediately..Otherwise system will have to start again just like a newly boot computer just started from power off state..

Disadvantage:-> The power must not be cut off, and must be continue to supply to the computer..

HIBERNATE:- Hibernate, or S4 in ACPI, meanwhile will save the data in physical memory to hard disk drive (HDD), and then power off the computer. In Hibernate mode, a file named hiberfil.sys which has the same file size as the amount of system memory will be created on the local disk. When user wants to use the computer again, the computer will boot up and load back the state at the last hibernation..

Disadvantage:-> The disadvantage of Hibernate is that after a period of time, there may have fragmentation of file. Users will need to defragment the volume that stores the hibernation file frequently..
