Itz little bit dubious to impose the Ban on Plastic Tricolor..the ground of dignity of country..
Its too steeple chasing with same fate with as plastic as rest Paper and Cloth Flags...!!!
Anything which voluntarily symbolizing the nationalism can't be banned in such stupid manner uptil it suits esteemed requirement..!!
