आजकल तो "शर्मोत्सव" दिखते थोक थोक के भाव शर्म...जिनके पास ताकत हैं...वो भी "शर्म" को परिभाषित करते...बिपक्षी शर्म को ढाल रूप मे प्रयोग करते...!!
अब हम लेखक लिखे तो कितना और फर्क क्या पड़ता लोगों पर...2 जी...3 जी...ताबूत...अगस्टा....जेपीसी...सीडबल्यूजी...संजय दत्त... बिजली-पानी-कोयला....!!
और और कितनी "शर्म"...!!

अगर आप भारतीय दंड संहिता के बारे मे पढ़ेगे तो चौक जाएंगे। इसके बहुत सी धाराए पुरानी हैं।वक़्त के साथ बहुत कुछ बदला पर 100 साल से पुराने लगभग 200 कानूनों को बदलने या खत्म करने की प्रक्रिया कछुए की गई से चल रही।
पी सी जैन के कमेटी की रिपोर्ट मे पाया गया की 1382 कानूनों को बदले जाने की आवश्यकता हैं। इनमे अभी 415 को ही परिवर्तित रूप प्रदान किया गया हैं। 17 प्रक्रिया मे हैं और 9 जांच के दौर से गुजर रहे। मतलब साफ हैं अभी 50 फीसदी से अधिक कानूनों पर तो निगाह ही नहीं गई।
तो अब वक़्त आ गया हैं अग्रेजों के समय बनाए गए कुछ कानूनों मे संसोधन करने का।
महज़ कठोर कानून बनाने से देश को अपराध मुक्त नही बनाया जा सकता अपितु आंतरिक परिचर्चा से कुछ हद तक रोका जरूर जा सकता हैं।
कानून तो एक पहलू हैं और इसके क्रियानवान मे अभियोजन पुलिस तंत्र अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं।
कुछ तो ऐसे मुकदमे हैं जो दसको से न्यायालया की दुवार पकड़े हैं।
कुछ मुद्दो पे गहन चर्चा हो तो काफी दिक्कते हल हो जाएंगी।

One of the drawbacks of ENIAC was that its program were wired on boards which made it difficult to change the program. To overcome the drawbacks of ENIAC, Electronic Discrete Variable Automatic Computer(EDVAC) was designed.

# THE E.D.S.A.C.(1947-1949):- 

Professor Maurice Wilkes developed Electronic Delay Storage Automatic Calculator (EDSAC). In this machine, addition and mulltiplication operartion were accomplished.

The UNIVersal Automatic Computer I(UNIVAC) was first digital computer, which was installed in the Census Beurau in 1951 and was used continously for 10 years.

इन्टरनेट पर हिंदी में टाईपिंग करने के लिए आपको कई सॉफ्टवेयर मिलेंगे जिन्हे खोलकर हिंदी सलेक्ट करे...!!

आपको Key Board से अंग्रेजी(रोमन में) के अक्षर लिखकर जैसे ही आप स्पेस दोगे,वो ही अक्षर हिंदी में बदल जायेगा....!!

जैसे-हिंदी में "राम" लिखने के लिए 'RAM' दबाकर स्पेश देना होगा. अपने आप ही 'RAM' हिंदी में बदल जायेगा....!!

किसी शब्द को टाइप करने के और स्पेस देने के बाद अगर गलत शब्द आता है तो आप Backspace को एक-दो बार दबाते हैं तब एक बॉक्स में कई शब्द नज़र आयेंगे....!!

उनमें से आपका जो उच्चारण के हिसाब से सही शब्द हो उसे 'मॉउस' की सहायता से या 'एरो' की मदद लेकर Enter दबाकर सलेक्ट कर लें....!!
बाकी आप स्वयं सीख लेंगे इसके इतेमाल के उपरांत...!!
