se the thing our government have not a proper Whistle blower protection acts as like the US governments have...
But government of India has been considering adopting a whistle-blower protection law for several years... In 2003,the Law Commission of India recommended the adoption of the Public Interest Disclosure (Protection of Informers) Act, 2002... In August 2010, the Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Persons Making the Disclosures Bill, 2010 was introduced into the Parliament of India, Lok Sabha...It was approved by the cabinet in june,2011....But then also we're lacking by the acts like Ceballos case and the Whistleblower Protection Act of 2007....By US govt.
Satyendra Kumar Dubey was a project director at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)...He was murdered in Gaya, Bihar after fighting corruption in the Golden Quadrilateral highway construction project....Indian Government should have some wrapping cover law to protect these active Whistleblowers...Otherwise many Satyendra Dubey will be killed...What a fault government made without have masking his name to secret shell the government send his report to respective authority...Is here not the fault of government????
