Hearing always that some mm(millimetre) rain held under certain area at 24 hours duration…
Let me explain it in brief….A amount of mm rain which held over certain area is clarified as if the rain have no lost due to evaporation, runoff, absorption by the ground then a layer of x-mm is covered the entire city….!!!
